Ok, I ordered Beer…Now what?

Shipping…how do I get it?

You’re our favorite customer! Thanks! We ship via UPS, to your home or office. AN ADULT (Over 21) will NEED TO SIGN FOR IT!

Dude, Seriously…You’re shipping beer to my house in PA? HOW?!?!

Yep, it’s weird, but you’re actually purchasing this beer at the brewery through our very own POS. We are using a shipping service that is licensed to ship alcohol in PA to PA residents on our behalf. Cool Beans.

SHipping…When will I get the beer?

Generally we ship twice a week. You will get an email when it ships, but it is usually within three business days of the order being placed.

Also, if shipping to your work, make sure you add the name of your business to the address form.

SHipping costs

We have costs determined by where you live…we don’t make any money on the shipping and actually charge less than what it costs us. In a perfect world, we would ship for free. However we are small….VERY SMALL. We cut costs where we can, but shipping unfortunately is not a place where we can.

How fresh is my beer?

We make every effort to can only the freshest beer we make. We are tiny…I mean really small. So we don’t have fancy “born on dates” on our cans. But we will not can anything more than 2 weeks before it is shipped. We also list an inventory of how many 4 paks we have available for online sales...once it’s gone…it’s gone!

I live in PA, but it says you can’t ship to me when I check out…what’s the deal?

Shipping to some more rural zones costs a lot, so much so that we aren’t offering it right now. If you still want the beer, please email dan@beaverbrewingcompany.com and we can work something out.

How big are your cans? And in what quantities can I buy them?

Everything you see on the site is sold in 4-paks. They are all 16 oz cans. You can buy any amount you would like, however we recommend getting three 4-paks (12 total beers) because that is the size of our shipping boxes.

About Alcohol Sales:

You gotta be over 21 to purchase alcohol here and be a PA resident. If you are not one of those two things, you cannot order beer. You can also not resell the product…it is for personal use only.

The delivery requires your assistance. You have to schedule it with our shipper. They give you windows of time, you need to be there to sign for the product and prove you are over 21 or you can’t get it.

Returns, Exchanges, Canceled orders:

All sales are final. Alcohol cannot be returned. If something like damage to the product happens, take a picture of the damaged product and email it to dan@beaverbrewingcompany.com. We will do what we can to rectify it with you can our shipper. If you misordered something, you have 12 hours to email us to change/cancel your order.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Beaver Brewing be liable or responsible for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or any damages whatsoever including, without limitation, damages for loss of use, data or profits, arising out of or in any way connected with the Site, the use or performance of the Site, the delay or inability to use the Site, the provision of or failure to provide services, or for any events, information, software, products, services, and related graphics obtained through the Site, or otherwise arising out of the use of the Site, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, even if Beaver Brewing or any of its suppliers has been advised of the possibility of damages.

If you are dissatisfied with any portion of the Site, or with any of these Terms of Service, your sole and exclusive remedy is to stop using the Site. This sole and exclusive remedy is separate and independent of any other provision that limits Beaver Brewings liability or your remedies.

Out of Stock, Misprinted Items

We may be out of stock of something. If so, we will email you asking to switch your order, or you are free to cancel. If something is misprinted, we have the right to cancel that sale and offer it to you at the correct price.

Disputes

Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of any Beaverbrewingcompany.com service, or to any products or services sold or distributed by Beaver Brewing will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in Pennsylvania Magisterial District Court 12-02-2 if your claims qualify. The Federal Arbitration Act and federal arbitration law apply to this agreement.

There is no judge or jury in arbitration, and court review of an arbitration award is limited. However, an arbitrator can award on an individual basis the same damages and relief as a court, and must follow the terms of these Terms of Service as a court would.

Applicable Law

By using any BeaverBrewingCompany.com service, you agree that the Federal Arbitration Act, applicable federal law, and the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to any principles of conflict of laws, will govern these conditions of use and any dispute of any sort that might come up in between you and BBC.
